|  | | Ingredientes | | Tarta de frutas variadas. Ingredientes Fondo: 250 gramos de harina floja 50 gramos de az?car lustre 100 gramos de mantequilla 1 huevo vainilla al gusto Crema: 1 litro de leche 250 gramos de az?car 80 gramos de f?cula 6 yemas de huevo rasoaduras de lim?n frutas del tiempo Brillo: Gelatina de manzana | | Elaboracion | | Instrucciones Fondo: Se mezclan en un lugar la mantequilla con el azucar, a continuci?n se le a?ade el huevo y se mezcla la harina sin trabajarla mucho. Ya esta lista la pasta para formar un molde. A continuacion se cuece en el horno a 200?C durante 20 minutos. Se deja enfriar, se desmolda y se cubre por la parte de fuera con chocolate. Crema: en una olla ponemos 3/4 de litro de leche con las raspaduras de limon y lo dejaos hervir. En un recipiente aparte mezclamos az?car, fecula huevos y 1/4 de leche fria, todo ben mezclado. Cuandola leche que pusimos al fuego hierva, vamos echandola en la mezcla poco a poco , sin dejar de revolver . Una vez todo mezclado, se pone al fuego para que cueza, sin dejarlo hervir durante 5 minutos aproximadamente. Lo retiramos y se deja enfriar.
